Who we are

We are a Mongolia and Central Asia-focused commodities trading company with over 15 years of in-country presence. Through our local entity, RealSource LLC, we manage trade facilitation, logistics, and compliance directly from Mongolia.

Our long-standing relationships with mine owners, geologists, testing labs, logistics operators, and relevant domestic agencies provide clients with trusted, de-risked access to Mongolia’s mineral resources.

From our bases in Ulaanbaatar and London, we bridge frontier-market opportunities with international bulk commodities, energy, and critical minerals trade.

Our origins

RealSource LLC began in 2011, structuring cross-border metallurgical coal trades between Mongolia and China through Kingdom Coal Resources. Over the next decade, the company expanded its scope, working with Mongolia’s largest EPC contractors in mining, and serving as an analyst for an international mining and infrastructure fund, evaluating high-value assets across the region.

This journey built more than just commercial expertise — it established trust with the people who matter: mine owners, operators, geologists, certified testing centres, rail and road logistics providers, and policy-level stakeholders.

Why QARAS Global exists

QARAS Global was formed to take this established network and place it within direct reach of European buyers. Operating from the UK allows us to provide face-to-face engagement, contractual security under UK law, and seamless coordination with Mongolia-based operations.

Our role is to act as the bridge between two markets:
